All Gather & Rise products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners.

  • Processing time: 2–7 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • U.S. orders: 5–10 business days

  • International orders: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Gather & Rise is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

However, we want you to receive your order in good condition.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.


30-Day Return Window (Limited)

If a return is approved, it must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Approved returns must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Print-on-demand items made specifically for you

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
